Treatment and Payment:

Therapy is an investment in yourself...

You may wish to start looking at therapy in general as an investment in yourself and by extension your relationship to everything else.  By addressing the issues you are seeking support around, you will free up your mind and heart to be more productive and passionate about life, ultimately supporting your potential to create a life worth living!

It is my perspective that therapy works best if done at least once a week for 6 months to 1 year.  It is an investment in time and energy to process your issues that are holding you back from optimizing your life while you may have a budget, recognize that you are investing in future you and your worth every penny!

Given that therapy is an investment in yourself, so you have the right to be able to estimate the cost of your treatment, you have the right to ask for A "GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE" which will break down the fees you can expect over the course of treatment, which for good work is usually once a week for 6 months to a year. Please ask during the intro call if you would like a good faith estimate.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the 2021 No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services, including psychotherapy.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or take a picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
